NormaWelcome Norma!

We pulled sweet Norma from a shelter after she was surrendered because her human mom passed away. She is about 10-11 years old and gets along with other dogs. She’s a very well behaved and loving girl. Her vet visit revealed some health issues that require ongoing medication, but all in all, Miss Norma is a very happy girl! She might be a senior, but Norma can keep up with all the other dogs. In spite of her age, Norma is a playful little girl and loves getting attention. She's an absolute sweetheart who deserves nothing but to be loved in a furever home for the rest of her days. If you're interested in adopting Norma, please complete the adoption application. (Norma has been adopted! Thank you once again Larry and Mary!)

AutumnWelcome Autumn!

This tiny girl is only 11 months old and is deaf. She gets along with other dogs and is working on crate training. She’s sweet, sassy and loves to cuddle in your lap every time you sit down. Autumn had an old dislocation in her hip when we got her. She had been in pain and wasn’t using her back leg at all. Our vet performed a femoral head osteotomy (FHO) on it and she’s getting physical therapy to build her muscle back up. The hip will need to replace her joint with cartilage and that can take a while to achieve. We will accept applications on her, but she will be on medical hold until the vet releases her to be adopted. If you apply, please make sure you have adequate knowledge of owning a deaf dog. They do require some special training and a few modifications of everyday life. (Autumn has been adopted! Thank you Stephanie!)

Snickers has been adopted! Pops is one of our rescue alumni too! Thank you once again Dana!
