Welcome Otis Behr!
This poor guy was picked up as a stray completely emaciated! As you can see, he's still very thin and we're working diligently to pack the pounds on this sweet baby boy. Despite obviously being neglected and possibly mistreated, Otis Behr has the sweetest, most loving personality! We believe he's about 2 years old and weighs only 15lbs right now. This guy is a total Velcro pup and has to be right with his people all the time. He's doing well with potty training and will continue to succeed with consistency and reinforcement. Otis Behr does well in his crate and even sleeps in it like a good boy! He gets along with other dogs and will need another doggy companion in his home.
